A runner’s pedigree

Before HYROX, Sinéad was a serious distance runner with a 35:18 10km to her name on the World Athletics lists. That aerobic engine is the foundation of everything she does on the HYROX floor.

Straight to the front

Sinéad entered her first HYROX in 2024. By her fourth race, London in November 2024, she broke the Women’s Open world record (58:47). The endurance background converted to elite HYROX performance almost immediately.

In 2026 she claimed the HYROX EMEA Championship in London with 58:04, then backed it up with a personal best of 56:54 at Warsaw. Alongside ROXFIT, she’s also an athlete for Garmin, Gymshark and myprotein.

At the same Warsaw event, Sinéad teamed up with Joanna Wietrzyk, Charlie Botterill and Sebastian Ifversen to set the HYROX Relay World Record: 46:47. See the result on ROXFIT.
